Your room also contains a fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities. Shared use of the kitchen and dining room, all crockery and cooking equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and hob. The house has a secluded garden which is nice to enjoy in the summer months.

There is a downstairs WC close to your room. Shared use of bathroom on the first floor which has a bath and a great shower.

All bills are included in the rent, including high speed wifi.

Excellent location, free parking outside, safe and leafy neighbourhood. Less than 10mins walk to Enfield Chase station with fast links to Finsbury park and Moorgate, and a short bus ride to Oakwood underground station on Piccadilly line.

Also living in house is female landlady, two children, and a young friendly cat. I work mainly from home in my upstairs office, (and sleep in the attic which has an ensuite shower room). We are friendly, easy going, clean and tidy.
