There are two tenants in the house, myself, Carly, I have been renting a room here for the past few years. I originally moved here from Ireland for a short term basis and ten years later I consider this my home now. David, is our live in landlord. He works hard in his daily job and likes nothing more than to chill out with a glass of red wine while practising on his guitar. We love cooking in this house. The smell of good food on the go is a daily occurrence in this home. We would invite our new housemate to feel at home while living here. You will have full access to the sitting room, kitchen, conservatory and back garden. Wifi and utilities are included. Parking is available to the front of the house also..

No smoking in the house but out in the garden is perfectly acceptable.

We are a very relaxed household and would love to find the ideal housemate that would fit right in.
