I am looking for a lady tenant to share (with just one other lady). This is a sizeable 3 bedroom house which is fully furnished and well maintained.

Double room within house situated on a quiet avenue in Feltham TW13. Just a 5 minute walk to bus stop with excellent links to Heathrow. Mainline train station to London Waterloo 10 minute walk.
If driving, easy access to M3, M4, M25 & M40.

In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine), there is a large through lounge/dinner, garden, conservatory, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. There is also off street parking (private driveway).

The room will be available from 20th February 2025.

This is not a party house, it is clean, comfortable and drama free, there will only ever be a maximum of two people living at this property.

All bills and wi-fi are included. Looking for a female tenant who speaks English and is working. References will be required.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, open to discussion.

Sorry, no pets, couples, smoking, students or deep fat fryers.

This house is not suitable for children.

I am happy to discuss short term arrangements.
