The room is wired with TV point, Virgin 400mb wired broadband and wireless internet. Room has a 32” HD Smart TV fixed to the wall.

The house has a small shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, a large living and dining room with a 55" 4K TV.

Washing machine available in the kitchen that can be used.

Room comes with new unopened sheets and bedding.

Street parking is available in front of the property, I do have a drive way but not a dropped kerb.

Inclusive of bills for electrics, gas, water, TV licence, broadband, council tax all included.

I am currently sharing the house with a female lodger, we are both very clean and quiet.

The female lodger only comes one or two days during the working week, and some weeks I never see her.

I work as a developer and work from home and rarely venture out of my room when I am in the country.

I tend to disappear for long periods, so I am looking for someone I can trust to look after the house and keep it clean while I am away.

The current lodger has informed me he is leaving on the 6th of October and I go on a very, very long holiday from the 11th so need to find someone trustworthy before I depart.
