A single room available in the penthouse apartment which is on the 6th floor. The building is on the main street and the apartment faces the other side which provides the view of rising sun and moon along with quietness. On a good sunny day, one can see London Skyline too from the balcony.
Room has single bed and a very large in-built cupboard and has a nice desk and chair for work. The apartment includes superfast wifi, washing machine, dryer, a bathroom with shower and bath, microwave, modern kitchen, cooking utensils, crockery etc.
Rent is exclusive of all bills such as gas, electricity, water, council tax and high speed wifi. No main street or car noise as windows are double glazed and apartment is on the backside of the building. 24hours night buses and close to places like Bushy park if you like to see deers, Richmond, Claphman, or even Heathrow if you like to travel sometimes.
The building is 90seconds walk from the station (which can be seen from the apt). The train runs regularly to and from London and takes 29mins to Waterloo. It is within the TFL zone, so underground cards will work.
Being on the high street, there is quick and easy access to shopping centre, pubs, take-aways, local vegetable market, and loads of shops within 1-2mins walking distance. The building is newly built so has modern appliances. If you are into cooking, you will most likely enjoy the newly built kitchen. McDonalds is right across the street though I tend to avoid it and stay healthy.
The ground floor of the building has 24hours gym (Anytime Fitness). So, if you like fitness, gym, then you only need to go 6 floors down by a lift.
There is a running track behind the station so about 3-4 mins walking distance. There is a pond nearby, within a 4-5mins walking distance and a stream that flows on one of the sides of the building. So, if you would like to go for a walk or want to refresh the mind, then these serve as a great hobbies.
There is a Cineworld cinema at a distance of about 7-8mins walk along with adventure shops that offer activities like Bowling.
The apartment has nice sitting room with glass walls and being on top of the building, as can be seen from the photos, provides gorgeous views of weather and of the horizon. You will experience the sunrise and also the moonrise.
I am looking for a calm, relaxed and mature person who likes quietness and own space. You will need to be a very clean and organised person. I have a very busy life so won't be able to mingle or socialise regularly but there will opportunies for having a coffee, good conversations, even visit cinema, enjoy the game of bowling etc. if you are into these things. Basically, it is ideal for anyone who likes to enjoy ones own company and space but also prefers to have a flatmate for chit-chat every now and then.

If you do not want to view the room in person and are already interested in renting the room, please note that we would need to have a call prior to you accepting the room, so that both of us can get to know about each other and decide whether we are a good fit to live together.
