The room benefits from a shared living room, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The room is only suitable for a none smoker who is very clean tidy and willing to share cleaning of the apartment. Strictly no pets or smokers. Rent is inclusive of water bill and council tax. Electricity and gas will be shared equally.
1 month deposit and 1 month rent will be required in advance. The room will be available from 1st of July to move in.
