We are offering a spacious, fully furnished, downstairs en-suite room in a quiet and respectful family home. The room is well suited to a female university student or working professional who is looking for a calm, comfortable, and private living space.

- Private fridge/freezer and microwave
- En suite bathroom and shower
- All bills included (utilities and Wi-fi)
If some of these features or anything in pictures that isn’t needed or wanted it can easily be removed.

Household and suitability:
This is a Muslim family household and we are therefore looking for a respectful female lodger who is comfortable with the following house rules:
- No alcohol or pork at home
- No overnight guests (exceptions by prior agreement)
- Non smoking household
- Quiet, tidy and considerate lifestyle

The home is peaceful and well maintained. Long term let preferred. Good transport links nearby.
