About Me & You:
I’m a middle-aged professional. I don't work from home, so you'll have the house to yourself in the day. I’m independent and happy doing my own thing, but always up for a chat and a cup of tea!
I'm looking for a clean, respectful, and independent female flatmate (student or professional). WFH or commuting are both fine.

Great Location:
- 3 mins to nearest TfL bus stop.
- 15 mins walk to Feltham Station.
- 20 mins direct bus to Heathrow Airport (just £1!).
- 20 mins walk to the Feltham High Street (Aldi, Tesco, Lidl, pubs, restaurants).

The Details:
- Rent: £800 per month (Includes ALL bills, fast broadband, and Council Tax Band C).
- Deposit: 1 month’s rent.
