Room:
Spacious room with bathroom shared with just one tidy occupant. Shared lounge, kitchen (half a fridge and own cupboard space provided).

About us:
Friendly, respectful household seeking a clean and sociable single occupant. We have varied schedules but enjoy spending time together when possible. We follow a weekly cleaning rota.

House:
Three-floor house. First two floors have five occupants plus one spare room, sharing hall, kitchen, living area, garden, and utility room. Top floor is a separate self-contained space accessed through a shared entrance.

Area:
Great location near cinema, bowling alley, shopping centre, and restaurants—all within walking distance. Excellent transport links; regular buses to Richmond, Hatton Cross, and Heathrow. Feltham Station is a 5-minute walk, offering frequent trains to central London.

Other notes:
Single occupancy only, No couples, pets, students. Tenants have access to the landlord’s gym equipment, just two minutes away.
