Feltham rail station is a short bus or bike ride away, with trains every 30 minutes to Waterloo. There is free car parking on the street and the house is opposite bus stop for H25 to Hatton Cross. There are also good cycling routes nearby.

The house has all amenities; it is fully furnished with spacious, newly decorated living and dining room area, with leather corner sofa, fitted carpets, double glazing, washing machine, microwave, all cooking utensils, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses, ironing board and iron.
