The garden is well maintained and has a nice decking area and sun trapped patio for BBQs and relaxing at the rear. The area is quiet and away from the main road.

The property is in easy reach of Feltham town and rail station. (5 mins by bus/car) or 15mins walking. There is also local night bus to Kingston/Heathrow 285 and Twickenham 490 or 111 to Hounslow/Heathrow central terminals or Kingston.

London Waterloo by fast train is 34mins.

There is room for street parking.

Feltham leisure centre 3min walk and Leisure West cinema and bowling. Bingo and food outlets is a 10min walk from the property.
I personally don't smoke but have no objections to a prospective tenant smoking outside.
