Semi double room to let

We are professional couple with a 5 month old baby living in this 2 bedroom flat, we are looking for a flatmate for one of the semi double rooms. We prefer female flatmate as my wife is home now on maternity and she will be more comfortable. There is two bathroom and an open plan kitchen. The property is minutes away from Gantshill station (central line) and all major supermarkets and restaurants also minutes away.
