Two Double Rooms in Gants Hill Available from 1st January 2025

Ideal for female professionals, located just around 5 minutes from Gants Hill station. Two supermarkets are just 10 minutes from the property so it's very convenient.

The house is newly refurbished, clean and modern. There are two bathrooms and a big conservatory.

I am a live-in landlord in my mid 20s and work from home half of the time during the week. I would like to find female professional tenants in their 20s to 30s who are respectful, clean and reliable.

£950 is for the bigger room with floral wallpaper, £900 for the slightly smaller room. All bills included. Minimum stay is 1 month, I hope to find tenants who are trustworthy, do not party late at night or bring visitors over frequently. I expect tenants to share cleaning duty with me because I care a lot about the house and would like us all to live in a pleasant environment.
