Quiet ensuite bedroom on the third floor in Gants Hill. The room is peaceful, with a large private bathroom. Please note, there is no lift, so be prepared for stairs. The bedroom does not have a TV, but Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A fridge and microwave are provided for your convenience in the room. Kitchen access is available, but we will be interviewing potential tenants to assess their kitchen usage needs. The house is a family home, and we will be selecting tenants based on this review.
Please note: This is a Muslim household, so the consumption of alcohol is not permitted. We also prefer tenants who do not cook regularly, as we would rather the room be used by someone who just needs accommodation. We offer a weekly cleaning service for £50, which can be added to your monthly rent if you wish. We do not accept people on job seekers allowance or any benefits.
