Sunny Room in Gants Hill | From September 1st | Short/Long Term

Hi everyone, my name is Lisa, I'm a video artist and curator. My lovely flatmate, who had been staying in the room for almost 2 years, is moving out, therefore I'm currently looking for a new flatmate for my flat in Gants Hill (7 minutes from Gants Hill tube station – Central line, 22 minutes from Liverpool Street) from September 7th.

The room is furnished with a single bed, open shelves, desk and clothes rack. The room itself is cosy and sunny. There's also a large private garden to enjoy breakfasts. The place itself is very chill and quiet, we clean the house in shifts every week so cleaniness is very appreciated. The price for a month is £850 (room + broadband + water bills) plus gas/electricity bills depending on the month's bill.

The flat is currently occupied by me and a lovely lady who's working on her startup. We are an arty and creative household and look for a flatmate who shares our values.

We don't really care about where you come from and don't ask for the reference check. I very much appreciate the atmosphere in the house, so this is the only criteria!
