I’ve got a bright and spacious double room available for one person in a house with a garden .

I’m in my thirties, love traveling (both abroad and in the UK), hiking, arts, psychology, photography and much more. Looking for a friendly, clean and considerate person to join our calm and friendly household.

- 2 min walk to Gants Hill station with excellent transport links (11 mins to Stratford, 22 mins to Liverpool Street, 27 mins to Canary Wharf);
- Tesco Express 1 min walk away, Sainsbury’s, Iceland and loads of other grocery stores, restaurants, take away places, Post Office, etc minutes from the house;
- Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer;
- Shared bathroom and separate additional WC;
- Large garden with terrace to chill and enjoy the sunshine;
- The room itself is spacious and bright (it’s a shame it was raining when I took the pictures), comes fully furnished (just as shown in the pictures) with loads of storage (ottoman storage bed, 5 door wardrobe, 3 cupboards, etc) and own access from the bedroom to the garden;
