Looking for a maximum of three residents total including the two already present. Ideal for a young adult professional looking for a place with good transport links. Gants hill station is a few minutes walk away and there are lots of shops and restaurants locally.

There are two bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/living area. Your bedroom is on the ground floor and you will have sole use of the downstairs toilet and shower. There is a driveway outside to park and plentiful storage. There is also a large garden. The kitchen has all the usual amenities including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Iron, vacuum cleaner and a washing machine is also available.

Bills/council tax not included in rent price. We can be flexible with regards to length of contract but would be hoping for in the region of 6-12 months.
