Studio Room at The Valentine

Hello, our company's name is FlyHomes, by Leverage Edu, and we are offering 10 affordable studio rooms at the student accommodation, 'The Valentine'.

We had nominated 30 rooms here, and are offering the remaining 10 at a discounted rate. The rooms are available to rent between the dates of 1st February and 7th February, 2026. We won't be providing contracts after this stipulated time period.

These studios also have DUAL OCCUPANCY available, for £150/ week/ person. *Please Note* in case of dual occupancy, both occupants need to be university students.

The contract length is 34 weeks, 3rd January to 5th September, 2026. You will be required to pay the rent for January as well, because these rooms were nominated back in December 2025.
