A cosy single bed room for rent in Gidea Park is available for you! There is a parking space on a driveway, a large shared garden, kitchen, and a private bathroom. The room is fully furnished and you will have access to the fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The ensuite is a private bathroom with shower downstairs not in the bedroom itself.

We are based in a safe neighbourhood, clean and quiet area. The house is located close to Gidea Park station.

I am 27 years old and live with my parents. We are a laid back family living in a beautiful home with one single bedroom to spare which I am looking to rent out. We don't eat pork or drink alcohol so would appreciate if you could respect this too in the house. We are really chilled out and absolute love this suburban town!

I am looking for a tidy, clean female who would treat the house as her own. Please note there is some construction around the area until mid September.
