Only 2 minute walk to Gildea park train station and 10 minutes walk to Romford shopping centre. Within 30 minutes you can get to Liverpool Street Station (and most parts of central London). There is an excellent Elizabeth service train to Heathrow airport. Parking is available for a small car. Two minutes wall to bus stops. Lots of take away food shops and mini supermarkets coffee shops nearby.

The studio has its own front entry and a back door that leads to own patio and semi-shared garden. Patio can be used for cloth drying or and small BBQ as its furnished and well light for evening chilling out in summer.

This is a family run home therefore peace and quiet is very much appreciated though visitors are allowed.

Singles are more favoured, however couples who have not yet started a family are welcome.

Not-working-from home tenants are more appreciated.
No sublet allowed but siblings can rent together.
