Its in a recently renovated first floor flat. Currently there are no house mates you will be the first. The other
rooms are double and single will be available in January 2025.

Room Details

The room is quiet cozy and located garden side so is quiet. Its a double room exactly as in photo with new laminate flooring and recently painted. The bed is a new King size and bedding showing is new provided free if you want it ( costs a 100). Furniture requirements will be discussed with you , wardrobe, table chest of draws provided new. All rooms have a lock for security.

Shared knitchen with fridge, toaster, kettle, plates , cups and cutlery. Photo shown, some items being delivered shortly.

Note a washing machine is not available until 25th January 2025 . Until then you need to use the laundry in Gidea Park or Romford.

There is no living room, small balcony by ktichen for out door smoking. No smoking in property.

Bathroom as shown with separate tiolet.

The WiFi is 100 mps and good signal

Rent is 700 pcm includes all bills council tax. Gas , electricity, water TV licence. Central heating is on timer for winter for flat. Note no cleaner provided.

Deposit is 700 DPC protected
