TWO SITTING ROOMS, but only the back room leading to the garden to be shared. Can be used as a Yoga room, reading room etc as no TV.

It is a clean, friendly, tranquil home. Respectful of other people and their space. I enjoy other peoples company, sharing conversations, making you feel comfortable, but respect your space and privacy as well.

I have one cat, Romeo who is friendly and outdoorsy (can be a needy baby at times 😺) He will require looking after sometimes, when I go away.
