Hi, I have an en-suite double bedroom in a quiet, 5 bedroom house available to rent on a ONE PERSON lodging basis,. The house is fully-furnished, with large garden and off-road parking for three cars.

The house is in easy access to local amenities, with good local transport links, including travel to Central London via Elizabeth and District lines.

Goodmayes station is a 10 minute walk, which takes you to Tottenham Court Road in 30mins. Local shops include a Lidil and Tesco’s Extra. Goodmayes Park is on our doorstop!

There are two other double bedrooms on the first floor, who share the main bathroom and there is an extra toilet on the ground floor. The en-suite room has a double bed, linen, wardrobe, TV and access to super-fast broadband. All bills and a monthly cleaner are included.

The spacious, kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, crockery/utensils and leads into a large dining room. There is a separate laundry room and a large lounge to relax in, with TV.

We are looking for non-smoking professional or a student, but no couples or sharers please!
