Newly Refurb'ed Room Available in Friendly House

Hi, we are letting a newly refurbished room in our big house share. We hope you're interested. :)

ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, under-bed storage and built-in wardrobe. There is space for a small desk / chest of drawers.

Suitable for one person only. No couples or sharing, sorry.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house has a front living room, second living room / diner, and a large kitchen with plenty of storage.
There are two bathrooms equipped with showers.
Outdoor space includes a garden, patio, and a large shed.
Additional storage available in our loft conversion.

We usually have a couple of streaming services paid for - currently Prime, Now TV, Apple+ and BBC - and two TVs to watch them on.

We have parking on our front drive and free parking on the street.

We have two cats living at the house. We cannot take any other pets.

LOCATION
Excellent connectivity to central London via the Elizabeth Line
Just 8 minutes' walk from Goodmayes station, with a 30-minute ride to Tottenham Court Road.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and calm, and we are on good terms with the neighbours on all sides.
Supermarkets nearby: Tesco Extra and Aldi within a 15 minute walk.

ABOUT YOU
Reliable and considerate, chilled out, with good communication, and willing to keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

ABOUT US
Alex, 38, from East London, works in the public sector. Has two cats, and enjoys talking politics, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, and eating out.
Ed, 40, Irish, an intensive care nurse. Interests are gaming, reading, gym and sci-fi.
Jas, 36, other current lodger, a teacher, very active and social.

We're a relaxed and quiet household, who like to chat and hang out when we're together. There is plenty of space to spend time alone too.
Not a party house. No drugs please.
