Modern Flat in Goodmayes

Hello

I'm Deyo and l'm looking for a mature, easy going, extremely tidy, and calm flatmate to share this 2 bed 2 bath flat. You will have a bathroom to yourself, although it is not ensuite.

The flat is fully furnished and I'm ideally looking for someone looking to move with mostly personal belongings and minimal to no furniture - it is a small space so not a lot of room to store furniture etc

The bed pictured is an ottoman bed for additional storage.

The flat is well situated with almost equal walking distance to Goodmayes and Seven Kings Stations (8 mins both way) where you can get on to Elizabeth line to Central London. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat with night bus 86.

There's an Aldi next door and a big Tesco about 10mins walk from the flat. There are also lots of local restaurants/takeaway in the surrounding area.

I'm a working professional with hybrid working model. I occasionally host friends on weekends and prefer a quiet night in most work nights.
