Elegant double bedroom, own bathroom, inc. bills

Looking for another woman to share my home, who is clean, tidy, friendly and respectful of my privacy when wanted, as I will be.

An elegant double bedroom in a peaceful historic house that has been converted into apartments. Less than 10 minutes walk from Hadley Wood station (zone 6), giving easy access into the city.

This desirable location has lots of beautiful green spaces nearby if you like to go for walks, and plenty of on road parking. No shortage of restaurants and shops in Barnet high street and Cockfosters.

The bedroom has a desk, wardrobe and single bed with another underneath which can be pulled out if required, to make a double bed. It comes with your own bathroom and use of a kitchen (with washing machine). This ground floor apartment leads directly onto a private patio and lovely, large and tranquil shared garden.

The let will be for an initial 4/6 months with potential to extend.

I would not be comfortable with partners staying over or pork and alcohol.
