The bedroom has a desk, wardrobe and single bed with another underneath which can be pulled out if required, to make a double bed. It comes with your own bathroom and use of a kitchen (with washing machine). This ground floor apartment leads directly onto a private patio and lovely, large and tranquil shared garden.
The let will be for an initial 3 months with potential to extend.
I would not be comfortable with partners staying over or pork and alcohol in the flat.
