I'm looking to rent out my spare bedroom for single occupancy, from Monday to Friday (will consider fewer nights).
The house is conveniently located 3 mins walk from Hainault Underground station (Central Line).
The room is a light, bright, medium double - non-road facing and looks onto the garden. 
Immediately available from Monday to Friday for someone whose main residence is somewhere else.
There is an open plan kitchen and living area. Engineered wood floors throughout. Use of the kitchen for quick meals.
There is a newly refurbished bathroom next door to the bedroom which would be for your sole use.
Single occupancy only. No smoking in the house. Female professional only.
To include all bills (Wi-Fi, gas, water, electricity etc.) and bed linen and towels.
It would suit a professional person, who is office based and therefore needs a room in London during the week. Not suitable for home or hybrid workers, as I'll be in the house during the day - I WFH.
Off street parking available.
3 min walk to Hainault Underground Station (Central line) - can get you directly into Stratford in 29 minutes, and into Liverpool St in 37 minutes.
Easy access to buses - to Romford/Barkingside.
Price £35per night (Includes all bills and wi-fi). Can be flexible on price for shorter stays. Maximum stay 4 nights pw.
