Double room in Hainault

I'm looking for someone to take over a double room in Hainault. The house is in a quiet residential area and it's 10-15 min walk from Hainault Underground Station (Central Line). All necessary shops are within a 5-10 minute walk.

The house has been refurbished a few months ago so the amenities are new. The housemates are all professionals, very quiet and discreet, this being based on my experience living there.
There are two bathrooms ( one service, one full bathroom ) big kitchen, a nice outside patio with a bbq place and big garden. There's free parking in front of the house and plenty of storage space in the shed.
