Spacious king-size room in quiet culdesac

I have a king-size bedroom with large built in cupboard. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower which will be for the lodger only., other than a few times where I use the bath. The frontroom, dining room and kitchen are shared and there is plenty of storage. I have a garage and garden shed that can be used, and enough space for a car on the driveway.
I work at home 3 days a week, and am looking for someone that will stay for a long time and potentially become a new friend. I am very social and host events at the house every so often. I don't have a problem with you having friends over, and would want you to feel at home as well.
I like to have a clean house and would expect help to make sure the house is kept presentable.

The house has netflix and prime, and 300mb Internet. There is an alarm and cameras for security
