Spacious room in large flat (short term - Jul/Aug)

Large double bedroom with sole use of beautiful flat by the Thames in Kingston/Richmond for £225 per week (bills included) available from:
* 6th July to 19th July (+/- 1 day).
* 1st August to 15th August (+/- a few days)

I live in a large 85m2 flat between Kingston and Richmond close to the Thames, Richmond park and will be away during those date so you will have sole use of the large flat at the low cost.
You will stay in my room (double room - see photos) which is spacious and full of light.

I have two beautiful indoor cats and the only requirement is to look after the cats during your stay which is super simple. You would get in exchange their lovely company 🙂.

The flat is lovely and large with plenty of light. It is a split level over first and second floors in the Ham area. It is located in a beautifully quiet and green area, within a few minutes of the Thames which is great for peaceful walks/cycles along the river to Kingston or Richmond. It is also on the bus line to Kingston and Richmond for the trains into London. There is even a little roof terrace where you could enjoy coffee in the morning or chilling in the evening.
The flat is in perfect condition with all modern amenities. The room is a large double, and comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. It is peaceful and has lots of light.
This is a residential and family and not a party area and I would simply ask to request to respect the neighbours in terms of noise levels. I would expect you to look after the flat and keep it clean.

Rent is £225 per week and includes all reasonable bills, taxes, and wifi.
