Bright and cosy room in Ham with two lovely girls!

I am sad to be moving out of this lovely house in Ham, Richmond! It has such a homey feel and such great natural sunlight. It doesn’t feel like a shared house at all!

The room as a good double bed that has lots of storage underneath. The white ikea drawers are included but the white ikea shelves and the TV are not included. There is an additional wardrobe in the hallway that is exclusively for the tenant with this room.

The house is less than a minutes walk from a huge nature reserve that runs next to the river which you can walk to in less than ten minutes, lots of people sunbath, walk, run, cycle and paddleboard on this part of the Thames so it is such a gift being so close! Kingston is a 45 minute walk or 25 min bus(bus stop around 5 minute walk away) and Richmond is a 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride away. Teddington is about a 10-15 minute walk and has lots of cute shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Ham also has lots to offer with a direct gate into Richmond Park, a big common, a small high street with a costa and a monthly farmers market. 2 minutes walk from the house there is a Tesco, post office, bubble tea shop, Swiss bakery and a pharmacy.

The house is surrounded by lots and lots of free parking which is ideal as the house is best for people who drive because of there only being buses and not trains or tubes in Ham.

The current housemates are both female, one 25 year old events manager at a local pub and one 35 year old freelancer. Ideally they would like a girl between 25-35 who is friendly, clean, chatty and sociable. Someone who is sporty or creative.

Our landlord is a private landlord who used to live in this house with her family hence why the house has such a homey feel.
