The room available is a spacious double in a well-maintained flat located in a very green and peaceful residential area. The transport links are excellent, with buses running regularly, and the closest bus stop is just a short walk from the flat. Parks, shops, and the riverside are also within walking distance.

The room comes furnished with a wardrobe and desk. The flat is situated on a quiet street with no through traffic, and has a private garden, free on-street parking, and space to store a bicycle. You’ll also have full use of the shared living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom.

I’ve been living here for a long time and it really feels like home. I’m not the landlord — just looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful flatmate to share the space with me. The atmosphere here is calm and relaxed, and I’d like to keep it that way.
