Bills include: Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water. Sky TV and Broadband, Monthly cleaners/gardeners.
MUST BE A DOG LOVER - House is also home to an almost 2yo Parson Russell called Pippin.

Quiet area midway between Kingston and Richmond. Easy bus access to rail for both areas. Good local shops within easy walking distance (including a Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express). Perfect for commuters or people working in the local area.

About me: I am a freelance sports journalist and audiobook narrator so as such I tend to record the three days Pip is in doggy day care, so whilst lodgers can work from home - I would ask it is Monday and Friday only so I can record Tuesdays to Thursdays.
I also clerk for school governors for two local schools.

My other lodger is a chilled guy and we enjoy hanging out over dinner in the evenings or BBQing in the summer.. We are looking for a clean, respectful mature fellow professional. No party animals please - we are both early risers for work!

Lodger Agreement will be in place, and monthly standing order for rent must be set up.

The room will actually be available from mid August but I am hoping to get the shared areas re-decorated so a later start date avoids you having to dance around decorators and paint-pots!
