Large single bedsit room Ham (TW10)

I have a large single room to let in my maisonette in lovely Ham, ideally situated halfway between Richmond and Kingston, the river and Richmond Park.
The room is 4.5m x 3.3m, has a large picture window which gets the morning sun, and is provided with a single bed with storage underneath, sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, storage basket, large double wardrobe, kitchen unit, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and TV point. It was redecorated 18 months ago and a new carpet fitted last month.
The kitchen and modern bathroom (just done) are shared with me and my adult son. A cleaner comes in once a week.
There is free parking outside and we are close to shops including Tesco Express and the 371 bus to Richmond and Kingston.
The previous lodger stayed 7 years and the one before that for 2 years which is a good testimonial.
I'm looking for a quiet, clean and tidy person to let the room to. No one rowdy as this is my home, and someone trustworthy if I'm away on holiday. No smokers or DSS please.
I'll need to take a reference from your employer.
The rent is £500 per month paid in advance and the deposit is £300.
Weekends or evenings suit me best for viewings
