Super private, safe and quiet area. Ample parking. Close to hampton court, literally 10mins drive away. 20-30mins on the bus to Kingston highstreet. very close to heathrow, Kingston uni and Twickenham uni. 20 minutes walk to Hampton station.

5-10mins walk to R70 , 111, 285 bus stop.

Would prefer someone independent and quiet. No drinking or smoking allowed in doors. You can smoke outside / in garden if you wish.
