SHORT-LET En-suite outbuilding in Edwardian house

Hello!

I am in the process of selling the house and am looking for someone short-term to rent my garden room until the house is sold later in the year. The minimum term is 3 months and the maximum 8 months. It could be slightly longer than this if the house fails to sell, we will have to see.

We currently have house viewings every now and then so I am looking for someone very tidy and flexible (who is willing to leave the house for 15-20 mins whenever there is a viewing).

The outbuilding is large, en-suite, 42inch TV with Sky, ultra-fast internet, with a King-size bed, desk, underfloor heating, bi-fold doors and it's own deck/garden area...It also has it's own access down the side of the house which is v convenient. The kitchen is shared and in the main house.

There is one other housemate in the house but the outbuilding is very secluded so it almost feels like living solo as the building is physically detached from the main home.

I'm looking for a professional who works from home a maximum two days a week.

I live here with my girlfriend and one other (Adam, who lives in the loft bedroom at the top of the house).

The house is on the market with Dexters and Devenports estate agents - further photos of the house are available on Rightmove/Devenports website.
