Beautiful Peaceful Studio with own separate entrance in a lovely area of Hampton. Close to buses 111, 216, R70 and 10 minute walk to Hampton Station. Parking on the drive or on the road outside.
Mini-market 2 minutes walk, Waitrose and Sainsburys 10 minutes.

This would suit a single person who goes out to work.
Not suitable for couples or someone working from home.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with Neff Slide & Hide oven, matching induction hob, Siemens washing machine plus Russell Hobbs fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & filter coffee machine. Also provided is an iron, ironing board and hoover, plus saucepans/crockery/cutlery/utensils, etc.

Bedroom: Laura Ashley bed, mattress, side tables, chest of drawers plus John Lewis wardrobe & Sony TV.

Shower Room: Wet-room style Grohe shower with back to wall toilet, wall-mounted basin with drawer and mirrored wall cabinet.

Garden: Sunny, south-facing garden with patio, chairs, tables, benches and rotary washing line.

So, pretty much all you need, but maybe you would like to bring your own personal bedding and towels.

The Studio is completely separate from the main house where I live (Band E). I'm pretty much chilled out with a good sense of humour and a young outlook on life. I will respect your privacy and won't disturb you unless you fancy a chat over a glass of wine in the garden. And feel free to knock if you need anything.

All I ask is that you respect the neighbourhood and rinse out your recycling before putting into the bins.... the foxes love bin night!!!
