Great room for rent on the best street in Hampton

I'm a single mom of a friendly, bright, and funny 7 year-old boy. We have an extra room in our wonderful house on Linden Road. We are ideally looking for a single, professional female who loves a friendly community. The street is one of the best in town, full of wonderful people and centrally located. The room is fully furnished, with plenty of storage in the wardrobe, bureau and underbed.

We are relatively tidy, so would prefer someone who values that lifestyle as well. The house is bright, with loads of natural light. And I have a speedy broadband to facilitate working from home.

Happy to accommodate part-week lodgers as well.
