Good storage Suit discreet, professional person; must like cats & dogs; smokers welcome. 1 month deposit required; references essential. I am the landlady and live on the premises, but don't let that put you off, I'm very easy going and everyone who has lived here has been happy. There aren't rules, but we do all respect each other, our environment(doing our own dishes etc.), and respect each other's space. We socialise when it's convenient/desirable for all concerned, yet don't expect to be "best friends".This isn't a "party house" as everyone here is an adult and has various needs for quiet at times (study, chilling out).
