We have a beautiful 6 bedroomed house in Hampton Hill which we renovated in 2011. The accommodation is outstanding! There is a great atmosphere in our home. Our current lodgers are 1 teaching assistant from France and a professional couple in their 20's.
The room being offered is a fully furnished double bedroom with HD tv and dvd. The rooms is on the 1st floor. There is wireless broadband throughout. Downstairs we have a large modern kitchen and spacious dining room with bifold doors opening out on to a patio and secluded garden. The entire house was thoroughly modernised in 2011. In addition we have a spacious lounge and utility room with washing machine and drier.
There is ample parking in the adjacent road, off Park Road.
All of us are active sports people who enjoy socialising.
