2. Lovely 1-bedroomed self-contained apartment in my loft conversion:
Fully fitted kitchen, sitting room, 2 TV's, double bedroom, en-suite. No overnight visitors, I am not an HMO.

Short term rental considered.
Upmarket area in a quiet, tree-lined road.
A trusted cleaner available.
All bills and Wifi included.
Free parking outside house - not on my drive.

Train station to Waterloo and bus stops to Kingston, Heathrow, Teddington, Richmond, Twickenham 5-10 minutes’ walk. Convenient access to A roads and major motorways.

Leisure centre, pool & gym end of road, 5 mins.

Post office, pharmacy, dry-cleaning, butcher, greengrocer, lots of lovely local cafés, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury, small corner shops all very close/walking distance.

There is no damp or mould and for safety of all please:
1. Sleep with window at least an inch partly opened to eliminate moisture from breathing.
2. Maintain bathroom cleanliness, open windows to air.
