I am looking for a calm, peaceful person - professional male or female - who can move in quietly and get settled with ease. Complete non-smoker only.

Good-sized single room for a lodger in my family home in Hampton which is clean and well maintained.

Recently purchased high quality divan bed, freshly laundered mattress protectors and fitted sheet supplied.

Clean microwave, fridge and kettle in bedroom. Sink, air-fryer, hob in a downstairs kitchenette in evenings for light meals.

Desk and swivel office chair.

Upmarket area in a quiet, tree-lined road.

Separate bathroom.

Rent is £595 a month. All bills and Wifi included. Free parking outside house - not on my drive.

Short term rental considered.

A trusted cleaner is available.

Train station to Waterloo and bus stops to Kingston, Heathrow, Teddington, Richmond and Twickenham are 5-10 minutes’ walk. Convenient access to A3, A316, major motorways.

Post office, pharmacy, dry-cleaning, butcher, greengrocer, lots of lovely local cafés, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury, small corner shops all very close/walking distance.

There is no damp or mould and for safety of all:

1. Sleep with window at least an inch partly opened to eliminate moisture-laden atmosphere, carrying spores, germs, microbes and build-up of room mould.
2. Maintain bathroom cleanliness, respecting others, open windows to air.
