Looking for a professional lodger for a lovely spacious loft room with a private adjacent bathroom (either 7 days a week or 5 days a week). Shared kitchen-diner (two ovens, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with cold water and ice dispenser), utility (washing machine, tumble drier & sink) and downstairs WC. Patio area in the garden.
The loft room consists of a double bed, cuddle sofa, bedside tables, dressing table/desk, desk chair, TV and walk in wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower over bath.
The new occupant MUST be an animal lover as you will live with two large, hairy Labradors (& an additional foster dog) and one cat. The garden also contains hutches with rabbits and guinea pigs and a small cattery unit that houses rescue cats until permanent homes can be found for them. Someone who goes out to work is preferred.
You would be living with a widowed, retired teacher. I have four grown up children who all have their own homes and four little grandchildren who visit regularly.
Seven day a week rental or Mon to Fri (with rent reduction). If the room is to be let on a Mon-Fri the room will not be used at weekends so you can leave your belongings stored in there. The room/bathroom will be your responsibility during your stay and will NOT be cleaned weekly. The kitchen is cleaned weekly by a trustworthy cleaner.
Bills included (inclusive of broadband internet)
Plenty of on street parking.
