Large double room available for rent in a 2 bedroom flat.

Initially for up to 1 year whilst I am away but could be ongoing.

Flat is on the first (top) floor on a mostly quiet street, Windmill Road in Hampton Hill. 5 minute walk from the high street and Bushy Park.

Shared kitchen and living room, both a reasonable size and shared bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle.

The room is furnished with a king sized ottoman bed and reasonably new (18 months old) memory foam mattress, a built in wardrobe/cupboard with overhead storage, 5 drawer unit, bedside table and a small built in cupboard/desk with enough room for a small desk and room to walk around! Apologies for the mess in the pictures, in the middle of packing and all that but as you can see I had a lot of stuff in there with plenty of storage!

Living with a very easy going house sharing veteran, professional (42m). A love of pub trips, board games and especially Warhammer or dungeons and dragons would be a bonus!

Price is £850 per month, payable on the 1st of each month. This includes gas/electricity, water, council tax and broadband (and possibly Netflix and Amazon as well.)
