Female renter for small single room

The room is a small single room with a single bed, a set of drawers and a wardrobe. You are free to use the living room and garden if they are not being used. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom are accessible at all times.


I have a 1 year old cavapoo called bear so ideally a dog friendly person.
Feltham or whitton station is around a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
Crane park forest is a 2 minute walk and sainsburys is around 15 minutes to walk.

Our home is very quiet and chilled, I live alone however I have 2 daughters that visit sometimes and my 3 year old grandson.

All bills are included apart from food.

You are welcome to move the room around and decorate to your liking.

I ask for 1 month rent in advance, this will cover your one month notice when you decide to leave.
