I’m moving out and looking for someone to stay long-term but open to a minimum of 6 months.

Good to know

- Shops are a 3 minute walk
- The house is 10 minutes on a bus to Harold Wood station or 15 minutes to Romford station
- There is a local gym and loads of parks
- There is a 43-year-old man there with his dog, his lovely and friendly and a 33-year-old man. Both work a lot and keep themselves to themselves but are also sociable with housemates.

We live with a dog. She is a German Sheppard but very friendly.

She is out of the house from 6.30am (all day) as she goes to work with her owner (Monday to Friday) and the dog and the owner are mostly out in the evenings as he stays with his girlfriend a lot so they are hardly there.

**When she is home she is always in his room. She is not allowed to wonder the house as we want everyone to be comfortable. This can change if you are a dog person and happy for this.**

It's important to us that everyone who lives in the house feels comfortable.
