About the room - double sized bedroom with a built in wardrobe and double bed, there is also a bedside table, chest of drawers and a desk.
The room is for single occupancy only.

The bathroom and living room is shared, and parking is available on the drive if you have a car. There’s also a good size garden with loungers which are perfect for the summer months.

Transport links - there’s two buses from the main road (7-8 min walk) which go to the nearby train stations (Gidea Park and Romford station) on a regular schedule.

Bit about me, my names Wai, I’m 29. I work from home 9-5 on weekdays and typically keep a standard sleep schedule.
I enjoy going out socialising with friends at bars/restaurants, looking after my houseplants, good coffee and cooking.
