This is a small double room but is most suited to a single person. There is a built in wardrobe in the room and another just outside that you can use.
We are moving out of the property and renting out the three rooms individually.
The house is open plan and has a large kitchen dining area. We have a new bathroom that was fitted last year.
The hose has good transport links to Hornchurch, Upminster and Romford. We are situated a 20 minute walk from Harold Wood station or a 10 minute bus to Gidea Park station which will take you into central London.
Convenient for local shops including lidl and Tesco.
