Single Room to Rent Only for Females

We are a friendly family of four looking for a female housemate to share our clean and welcoming home. We have two lovely daughters, aged 4 and 3, who are well-behaved and generally quiet.

The house offers:

A shared kitchen.
Two separate bathrooms, with one available for your exclusive use.
All bills included in the rent.

The location is very convenient:

Bus stop directly outside the house (around a 30-second walk).
Harold Wood train station is approximately 4–5 minutes by bus or around a 12-minute walk.

As this is a family home, we are looking for a female tenant only who will respect our peaceful environment.

Please note:

No male visitors or boyfriends are permitted inside the property.
