Alexa for control of smart lights around the flat and for on demand music. Coat/Hat Stand. Some decoration has been made to the room however happy to remove if not desired. Also happy to assist in setting up room as you would like and store items if not desired at any time. Internal lock for privacy.

A period victorian property in a fabulous location on the London/Essex border with great public and private transport connections. Situated directly above local shops with two convienence stores, two hair salons/barbers, bakery & Post Office and opposite Harold Wood Station on the Elizabeth Line.
Harold Wood also comprises a large park and many open green spaces being the town and county borough. It is of a loud area during weekdays but very quiet at night after business's have closed. Walking distance of under 5 minutes to public transport links.

ELIZABETH LINE/GREATER ANGLIA
It has fabulous links to the City, Reading and Heathrow Airport Westbound & Shenfield & Anglia Eastbound. It takes 45 minutes to reach the city with trains running every 6-8 minutes 20 hours a day. (Liverpool Street/Moorgate)
The 5 day weekly PAYG Cost of one return trip into the city is £36 off-peak and £56 peak. You can change for greater anglia services at Romford/Shenfield.

Bus Service by the 256, 294, 346, 496 & 498.

TAXICAB/UBER
Taxi Service is available near the station entrance. also uber is available within the area also. Airport transfers can be booked from this location too.

The rental agreement for the tenancy is for a shared liability of the rent at the current rate of £500pcm, £125pcw for the minimum term of 1 year.

Extra costs to cover all other bills and costs will be added in accordance with legal financial obligations and all payments will be made by the lead Tennant. This is a very low cost considering the location and amenities available.

A deposit will not be required but reference and credit checks will be required as set out by letting agent. The Lead Tennant will be overseeing all bills and legal obligations retaining to the property. The current flatmate may also wish to make some checks also subject to meeting/viewing.

with the lead tenant overseeing the running of the property makes it hassle free and easy for you as you will not have to worry about any or only rare issues that need addressing leaving you to relax and enjoy the property.

Welcome to my home, I look forward to sharing with you. So this is a little about me for you to enjoy.

I have lived in this property with shared tenants for 7.5 years and without any issues. I am a friendly easy-going person. I'm an introvert but will open up once I get to know you and build a friendship. Im looking to share with one other person in a relaxed and party free household as I'm well past my partying days. Id like to provide a social and homely atmosphere with you. I don't smoke and only the occasional drink. I look to creating a space we both feel happy and relaxed in. I need to rest weekdays but look to be social and share experiences weekends.

I professionally work in Hospitality and Catering for now 25 years from hotels to hospitals, care homes and schools. I am currently working for a large global catering contractor for one of the largest legal companies worldwide.

I have varied interests and it would be an advantage if we could share some interests or hobbies.

I would love for us to keep our own space and interests and maybe get together once in a while for activities and have some fun together.

My Interests and hobbies are varied. I like all the normal activities one might do including Travel, Music, Film, TV, Netflix-Prime, Streaming & Social Drinks. I have great Interest in British Transport, History, Geography, Genealogy (Family History). I love a good Documentary and unsolved mysteries. Proud Railway Enthusiast and also like to walk/hike in the summer months. over disused lines.
At home I Love to entertain others as a trained British Chef and love to cook on occasions too along with serving cocktails with my range of mixology skills.

I am a very clean, tidy and organised person so this is very important to me. It is also important that as you to feel confutable and relaxed whist we share this space.

I'm looking to share with people around my own age but open to anyone if it feels right. Bonus points given if you’re good with plants and interior design. Also if you have a interest in common.
