I have three Double rooms available in my house at near Harold wood, just 15-20 Minutes walking from underground station Harold wood, Multiple bus stops nearby within short walk of 5 minutes, A12 is just behind the property, 7-10 minutes to local shops and Lidl. Car park available if you have a car.
Bus routes 498,496,174 etc. Queens Hospital is nearby in 20 minutes by bus.
Looking for single person for each rooms, ideally regular working quite professionals specially doctors, Nurses, IT Professionals and work visa professionals are ideal. Its walking distance from PLAB-2 accademey. Prefer Non smokers.

The house occupants with an Indian couple(straight) and working from home. So only looking for some one who will be quite and professional. This is not a party house so only looking for quite housemates to let to.

Double Room 1 :
Rent 650. 00 every Calendar month, ready to move, and furnished. want to let to only a single person. Very quiet and clean person only considered. Ideal for PLAB2.

Not applicable:
Visitors are strictly NOT allowed in house including family member or partner.
Not appropriate for the income support or housing allowance receivers.
Do not contact if you are agent or calling on behalf of some one. Only the person who will reside should communicate.
No occupancy for persons with accompanying Pets.

For PLAB 2 occupants dinner can be provided with extra fee which would help you to save your time for your studies. Short term please contact for price as this may vary depending of your duration.

Bills included:
Reasonable use of Gas, Electricity, Water included. Internet, Council Tax included.
Cleaning payable.

Deposit amount and monthly rent in advance required for the rooms. ID and passport and immigration status documents needed as required by Government new regulation "Right to rent" , to see the legitimacy and eligibility to rent in the UK.
